Uhhh.... You don't have to be necessarily living in the same city/town as the client you want to provide your SEO services to. As long as there is a means to contact the client, I don't see any reason why you should restrict yourself to within the indian market.

You tell them that you have a "team" and you will need some payment upfront. Don;t reveal that you will be outsourcing.
