Trying to get reviews through a more public way than just collecting them through email. I don't have a phsycal address which means I can't use GMB. Not interested in a freelance marketplace either. Do you know a free way to publish products/services and acquire reviews?

Depends on what you care about the most. If you push someone to deliver an X amount of words in Y time, they will compromise quality. An actual writer takes the time to know your audience, their problems and how to make them respond. 500 words can take them multiple hours. And that's OK...
