Many thanks for replying back. I'm just starting a website now so keyword research is going to be crucial for me. I have already typed up 8,000 words - 4 posts split into 2,000 word articles each. I hope I'm not screwing this up at the start with a bad choice of keywords.

Can't you just check your organic traffic inside Google Analytics? Surely this is the easiest way to find out if your keywords have dropped.

Good luck! I guess its a good sign you are already rnaking with low post count articles already. If you can scale this up with some good keyword research and longer content length you could do really well.
