It's impossible. Google itself limits the results to about 300-350 results. Best way to go about it is to change the search query a little to get different results for your main search topic.

I don't think there are any stand alone plugins for that, but there are many plugins for WooCommerce that implement a credits system for users to buy things from the store with after topping up their wallet.

This can be a browser setting issue on your end, for example if you have very tight privacy settings enabled like blocking javascript. Try testing with different browsers on default settings and see if the problem persists.
