Something I saw today, according to Shopify, there are some countries in which Stripe no longer integrates with Shopify which applies to both the UK and US, Shopify support also told me that Shopify Payments now replaces Stripe in the countries where it isn't available and vice versa.

Can I just get started with the 25% tax and once I have the budget then dissolve the company and re-form again but elsewhere with the same name. Can I do that?
