One thing you're not taking into account as a musician is you're going to accumulate way more watch time. Let's say you make a 3 minute song and people enjoy it; they aren't going to listen to it just once. They will listen to it multiple times maybe 10 or more which is 30 minutes of watch time...
Hey can I reach out to you? I would be willing to pay to have my artist's music that is already popular on tik tok in the beginning of the video and it wouldn't be claimed either.
You really don't deserve to be helped; you are so arrogant and condescending to others it is insane not to mention sensitive. How do you expect to get help when you think you know everything and calling anyone who tried to help you "broke"....
You are better off using YouTube ads and targeting the fanbases of the channels of those other rappers you want to get in front of; that will actually trigger the algorithm but "botted views" which is what you're trying to do is unlikely to generate much organic traffic.
I have two different sounds for a client that went viral; one of them has 28k videos made to it and the other 155k, does anybody have a method or way to calculate all of the views in total for both of those sounds?
I would really like to be able to get that number so I could use it in my...
He got lucky with one video but the smart thing he did is he replicated that same title ever since then. Other channels have done content "similar" to this in the past like What's Inside and Howto Basic, it can be frustrating I know..

It IS true; if your video increased in views then my statement was correct.....
It doesn't mean that your views will continue to come from external, the external views are used as data points to then serve to users on the platform through suggested.
Spotify is way better because they have a better discovery algorithm and they have a much larger user base than SoundCloud. Also there are less metrics which makes "social proof" less important on Spotify, people can't see "likes" or "comments" as they can on soundcloud.
External views are one of the biggest determining factors when it comes to the YouTube algorithm suggesting your video. YouTube wants people to stay on their platform as long as possible and if you are bringing people from OUTSIDE YouTube to watch your video then it's an important data point and...
It is definitely (cult-ish) but I suggest you read both books by the founder (Russell Brunson) they are very good and informative. He shares the exact formula he uses to market the software that he's pushing in those ads you're seeing and they're doing $100M+ this year.
That isn't a watermark it's a branding feature built into the YouTube channel; you can choose how long you want it to last for and it's meant to make it easier for people to subscribe.
