It's completely losing them. If the user experience was bad it will move 400 URLs from "good" to "needs improvement" or "bad". In this case, it's simply removing 400 URLs and not even giving them a score
Yeah it's core web vitals. Our SEO drops like mad on the same days that google "loses" about 400 pages and when google "finds" them again our SEO jumps all the way back to where it used to be. No idea what is going on here.

It's not a 404 page as all the text/images are still on the page. It's just not able to be added to the cart and has a "sold out" message.
