every video you post will get on the for you page, depending on how many people finish your video -> watch it till the end determines if your video will get pushed further. so completion rate and comments are the most important things, hashtags are nearly useless

hashtags aren't that important for tiktok I would put something like: Follow me on Instagram and comment: " I am from TikTok" for a shoutout in my tiktok bio. I have seen a lot of bigger influencers do this and they all got like 1k comments which all come from tiktok.
