There are some apps available that you might check to cloack the link

It takes some time for the follow block to be removed . And the more you resist against it the more they will extend it so try leaving the account as it is for a week and don't touch it

If it's done with a Landing Page and the link is cloaked then it's quite possible to do it

Why don't you grow your followers organically? You could literally get your Instagram account banned if you use bots to Increase followers. And even if you are able to Increase your followers like that, you still gonna have crappy engagement on your Instagram Page, since most of your followers...
