No you can't do that. It's a server side thingie. Some code from the client side won't change it.

I have found a news website that uses a twitterfeed to show related tweets to the news message. They show which hashtag they used to display related tweets to that news message. So my question is: Are twitterfeeds on websites a good way to get (site-wide) backlinks? Or is it complete nonsense...
