Lucky you, c0te. For me they didn't do ANYthing at all. I've been messaging their support for several months. All my money I transferred there has expired, I can't use the service at all anymore.Maybe it's not a scam but at least it's very unreliable and unresponsive.

I have exactly the same problem, but for me it's not 72 hours that they didn't reply but over a month. I attached the screenshot of my conversation with support here. Very frustrating indeed :(

Hi, I newly registered and bought one of the bigger packages, but I wasn't aware this expires within ONE month? I didn't even know there is an expiration date at all, or if so then in far future. If I had known this, I would have bought a very small package and then next month a new one...
