the app still has a lot of bugs, just try to load the tasks. I usually re-add my targets and its fixed after reloading it

what app did you download? there is only one Mobile app which is only for android. after you connect it to your Instagram account, and after setting targets (hashtag, accounts, locations..) you need to run it from the mobile app. when you start it, it will automatically open your Instagram app...

really? I don't know. I signed up a month ago from my mobile and is still working ok.

yes they have an app which is genius I guess. it's like a simulator of human behavior as they say. when you add your account and all, it will start working on the Instagram app itself like you are. the app in their dashboard. sign up for 3 days trial and you can see the link on their dashboard.
