I would suggest a maximum of 2 accounts per sim and 1:1 for the ip.

Get a real simcard, it would work best for twitter and you can get codes immediately since you have the simcard in your possession.

I suggest you to add people from third world country first before adding people on tier 1 country. It works for me

I suggest you use real simcard number so that you can receive a code anytime it needs
