Yes, it took me long to find some working methods on which I stick. Before that I am jumping from here and there. Meanwhile i learnt a lot from here and various fb groups.

Build it from scratch, it took me 1 year because all organic growth. If you use money you can grow the same in 6 months.

This method works because most of the site that use shopify are hosted on shopify. That's why it will pop on this list. While amazon websites are listed on all different hosting platforms. Note: you will also not find the woocommerce + wordpress based dropshippers here.

I don't think you will find any answers for this. You just have to make your account look like an engage shoppers in both fb and instagram and one day you will hit by the ad that too if you are lucky. No shortcut to find those ads.
