It depends on how complex the thing I might be working on is. But I mostly use notes or trello. It's not easy though and I'm not always consistent.

I'd say USA, and considering your skills you may get high paying jobs there. I know people that have gone to US, and even work two jobs and have enough money to spend, save and even bring to their families back home. Wish you luck!

Why would you get banned? If you're trying to promote them on groups or forums that don't allow self promotion then you'll get banned for sure. But you can promote them on your own social media pages. Try facebook, twitter, IG, pinterest, reddit, tumblr etc. And also run paid ads if you have a...
