Yesterday I paid $20.00, but haven't yet used the proxies. Today, I found out that my balance is $13.00. I hope you're getting my tickets because this is pretty bad.

The problem is that each Google query is costing you money whether the proxy works or not as you're being charged on bandwidth. This is costing us a lot of money...not really sustainable.

Last update is not so great. Used to get 2500 proxies, now we're lucky if we get 200

Good service when it's actually working. As of yesterday, all our requests are timing out. Their customer service is not doing much about this except to tell us that other clients are not experiencing this. Close to cancelling this service!!!
