I don't know where are you from or leaving, but there are many country where you can get a phone sim card where ever you want without any ID, pay them with cash, top up with cash, etc .... who can trace you then? and how? of course we are talking about "how to make a stealth PP Account" so do...

Make a stealth PP is not just that easy as show above, first... don't use fake Email generator, make a fresh Email address instead, otherwise you will get always "credit card declined." even if is fully working second point make sure you are using a good VPN or even better don't use it at all...
