We know the basics, basics does not include that without any single change or without any blackhat or gray hat, why ads are disapproving. ?

I also hade same issue. I created adwords account with US checking bank account. all thing was good, ad was approved very fast but keyword was pending so next day i saw the account is suspend because of some iligal activity in payment method but that bank account is in good condition and running...
