Well, if you're using Jarvee like I'm assuming you are, then really look at your timers that you set for your actions. Someone isn't going to sit on Insta for 12 hours on and off, pick when you want to run your actions and keep everything random, like setting your limits to between 10 and 150...

Rest the account, whether you follow manually or get a bot to do it, follow unfollow is being phased out by Insta, that's why they're putting limits on it. Any account that tries F/UF and follows a set pattern each day will get flagged. Keep to posting good content, keep liking and commenting...

Agreed with the guys above, whitehat and greyhat, but solely blackhat won't work anymore, you could run child accs though I'd recommend getting ready to invest a lot of time in replacing child accs, because as @perrymason mentioned, 3 won't be enough and they will get taken down eventually.
