I think so. Instagram is not stupid, just imagine: 1) The same 100 accounts are liking/commenting on every post 2) Those accounts are not even following the receiver account That's a big no no.. Instagram knows where those likes/comments come from, as well as telegram groups won't be working...

Sure, you can use the same captions on every image if you want to get reach decreased.. Of course don't use the same captions, use different ones, with different hashtags too.

No one proved that 6k is the limit. This is just speculation.

I have tested 20 different SMM panels after that Instagram update came in. So far, none of them were able to deliver social signals 100%. So yeah, I assume SMM panels are strugguling now due to Instagram update.

Usually I delete sources that are lower than 40% FBR, but 20-25% FBR is considered good. I am just perfectionist :D
