the issue i had was i was posting the same hashtag daily and it banned my account. i also used a banned hashtag on accident after 15 days you’ll be able to use hashtags again. i only use each hashtag once per week.

i was shadowbanned 3 weeks ago for posting hashtags in comments because instagram glitches and made me post my comment twice which caused a hashtag spam and 2 weeks bad engagement. smh

you might be on to something. one thing i have done is started writing much longer captions as well as incorporated the multiple picture/video posts. this makes people scroll through your post and stay longer. i think they’re using this as part of the new algorithm. thanks
