I guess you could find them on Fiverr, there are people who'll record "anything you want" for $5. So you can write a few sentences and tell them to record themselves saying that. Hopefully that's what you mean.

Yeah, I've had a bad experience with them as well. They will ban/terminate your account for literally any reason. You can use it since it's free, but I wouldn't try to use it for anything serious.

I believe you can accept CC payments using PayPal. Aside from that, I don't think so. Most sites use Stripe in order to process cards.

No worries, I'd recommend you to check it out if it's available in your country. They often have promotions where you can get a card for free (instead of paying $5 or so for shipping & delivery).

'Easiest' way would be just to gamble your $20 and hope you'll win a few times and get to $100. Offer to design a website to someone for $100, go to Fiverr and outsource the work for $50. That's $50~ profit.
