I feel you, finding content and posting on all the accounts can be really time consuming. I had the same issue myself so I programmed a python script and trained a virtual assistant to automate most of the process. That may be an option if you want to keep the accounts.

I used a bunch of common tactics such as: shout outs, engagement groups, follow/like bots, hashtags, giveaways, collaborations, ect. Most importantly, I found viral content and posted it frequently.

We sold the network for $10,000 after all the accounts were simultaneously hit with a shadow ban (risky niche). I had a business partner at the time so we each walked away with $5,000.
