Depends how quick you got the link. If you got 20 links at once then yes, you could be sandboxed. This has happened to me many times and you will either stay there if it’s really a penalty or come out stronger than ever. Also the age of your site is a big determining factor.

I would be interested as well. I just signed up for one on SpoofBox (Trash Mobile) and after spending $15 on 1500 credits for a phone number, it didn’t work. And the free ones on several websites get eaten up quick to the point where they don’t work a couple seconds after they are posted...

I think it marginally does. Not as much as years past but it has a small effect on relevance. If you can fit it in, without it totally sounding unnatural, do it
