But I get the "suspicious payments" message, so I don't think it's related to the IP. Imagine being in a hotel, where thousands of people have used the same IP on the last week, and there is someone else that have been banned with that IP, so they should ban all the other people that enter on...

Why this should change something? If the payment card is considered stolen because emitted in a different country, if it's ACC or MCC, it's the same, no?
