Well I follow manually and then unfollow with an automation I wrote. I get the follow list from the account data in IG account settings.

I think 3 have 13K ips all over Europe. They really don't need that much to operate NAT port base for 224K users. Each Ip can have (simultaneously) 64K~ ports, 64K users can share the same ip. I don't think 17 is the correct number (I see my country that arounf 1000 ip (4 subnet) can serve area...

regarding your edit. what makes you say the EB is still blocked? I think you just did not turn it on. try do manually again after see it that works.

I talked with them and they won't fix it. but all known fingerprints exist there: canvas, audio and so many more... this connect all your accounts and not only this it also mark chrome browser as pc and not as phone.
