I use Dragon Naturally Speaking 11 and I have to say it works really great. I started using DNS back when it was V4 I think and it sucked back then, I kept upgrading from time to time hoping it would live up to it's claims and now for me it does. Good luck

I agree. Speak to them in words that matter and does Google places matter as much the words "a new customers, making your phone ring, increasing your bottom line, freeing up your time, etc." What is it you really want in and for your business, make a list and then see how that list would apply...

is the book old enough to be in the public domain for the country you live in? If it is you can rewrite it word for word if you are in the US. If it is not, then I like the ideas presented already. Read it a bit at a time and make it your own work.
