A good clean IP is not enough. Today I tryed to register a few accounts with Zennoposter, but had zero success. But I could register 2 accounts with my Android phone web browser. Looks like IG has a sophisticated algo to determine natural human behaviour.

You better have a few grand for testing. It's no easy task to create a good black list for MGID.com (which is essential to have a profitable campaign because they don't have good click fraud protection) on a low budget. If you don't have xxxx$ for testing DON'T go into native advertisement.
