It sounds like normal bot behaviour to me, it's not like someone is checking your account every day to see when your followers drop, the account that sold you the fake followers set up their bot to detect when the followers you bought drop and then refill them automatically.

don't run CPA, why would you want to get your 5k account banned? I'm running CPA on my accounts until they reach 2000 and then I remove the link and grow them for flipping. because if they make it to 2000 in aggressive settings is because they are strong accounts.
