Not the best advice, unless you have access to VIP part. The link what I often find here get spammy really fast and can damage the site. Or maybe it's my luck to find such links here :(

What about Ahrefs alerts? As far as I know, you will have schedule reports and can monitor new or lost backlinks. Can't be sure about 10k+ because it monitor the whole site, so I think it can handle more then 10k
