How old is your second site now? And how are you dealing with the DMCA trolling?

I've seen a lot of sites use them even (exclusively) for copyrighted content so I think it's pretty similar to renting servers in that regard. In both cases you have to delete the infringing content anyway if you get a DMCA for it.

Are you aware that doing that is super risky if the DMCA is in fact valid? If you counter-claim the claimant can seek a court order. In other words, it would get settled in court. Counter-claiming is like playing Russian roulette if it's not your original content.

If you know what you're doing you don't just feed it the raw questions. Prompt engineering gets around that, as does doing some simple checks on the output before using it in a post.
