Simple standard question, why are you selling something for 15k if it does 3k / month, normally when you sell a business you take the total profits from a 12 months period and do this x 5 or 10 ?

You need to build links, and that's high quality links we speak, do social bookmarking and send social signals to the website.. do it slowly there is no fast way of doing all this unless you want to risk your website!
