similar to lots of you, it appears the people who actually have worked hard on their sites have been hit with 30% traffic loss, and the sites that haven't been touched have gone up, very odd.

Check your behaviours on Analytics, top content etc, see if it's the same on the declining days, check your key phrases are ranking as normal in the same spots, if that's all good then I'd blame xmas and offices being shut.
