Do you sell the accounts too, or transfer the blogs to the client's account?

Never tried it, but I guess it might work. Grab scrapebox, a list of keywords, and search for keyword site:blogspot.com. Then use Scrapebox'es Alive Checker free plugin to see which ones are up.

If you haven't built links to https ://, how would WMT show any? :) Add 301 redirects from http to https, or rel="canonical" links, so that Google won't "believe" there are two different sites. Then you can build links to either one URL. But, for the sake of consistency, you should pick one...

Fuck Adsense. There's a trillion products you can advertise in this niche once you have some solid traffic flowing in.
