I had the same issue, fixed it by canceling and re buying the suscription. It will pop up the "3 day trial" and show your credit card, but once 3 days are gone, it will charge your Paypal Credit.

I had the same issues. Are you running USA proxies? For some reason I only get blocked when using USA proxies. So I'm currently using Ukrainan proxies, no blocks at all. You can try to buy one and test. I buy them at proxy-seller.com that sells them individually. ($1 each) just test and see how...
