I tried some panel/followers services and at most these accounts have stories but they're all south-american and looking fake as fuck, should you click on them. best I've seen is likes by some big accounts (which was a nice thing) but they were mixed with likes by other vague-looking profiles...

what do you mean same thing but no fake accounts or likes? the main point was jumpstarting with fake so that it will give you social proof so that actual people will begin following you. what do you do specifically?
