Spoke too soon. It started retweeting again but it just keeps retweeting older tweets further back than "since:2018-04-30" since until not working.

FOLLOW LIKER still DOES NOT WORK if you are using PROXIES. *I have confirmed by going back and forth between using Proxies and my computer's local IP address and FL only works with my Local IP address.
