Just checked my other site, but there is no "good page experience" row in search appearance : And here is the website that I mention before : So maybe this not yet rolled out for all website?

Your overall score looks good, but please remember that at this time google only consider 3 metric as Core Web Vital : LCP, CLS and FID. And unfortunately, you don't pass the CLS threshold....

I did check the entire website using copyscape some month ago, and if i remember correctly, the only duplicate that found is the amazon affiliate dislaimer, privacy policy and terms and conditions page.
