Basically, to set this up, you'd need a phone (or phones) and some server that's accessible from anywhere (cheapest Linux VPS would do).

The cheapest at the moment seems to be Dynadot, $6.99 (the amount of domains is not limited), but if you're OK with a "just one domain per customer" option, there certainly are cheaper ones.
