Yeah, banner ads are tough. What you need to have to make them successful is good data. WhatRunsWhere is real awesome but real expensive.

Yeah, I recommend Blam Ads for that sort of stuff. They're very good at it and have the most distributors that I know of.

It's really common in SEO, especially if your site is new. Google plays A LOT with site ranks. If you're using social SEO then it's even more common for it to happen. Just keep on plugging away at SEO and wait for things to level out.
