I don't know anything about Fameswap but I do know for a matter of fact that you can submit username changes on verified accounts. I've successfully done it for clients at least 6 times.- szfisher87

You’re actually unable to change your username on a verified account - you have to either contact Instagram support, file a request through media portal, or have someone do it on your behalf.- szfisher87
