DR in Ahrefs is based on the number of referring domains (with "followed" links). So if all these lost links reported by Aherfs are from the same domain, it's only natural that your DR has not changed

There are a few possible reasons: 1. Penalized by Google at some point 2. Was down (nxdomain) for quite a while and bought and resurrected just a few days ago 3. Redirects to another domain (is the website indexed in Google?) 4. You're checking the http version while the website moved to https...

Does Ahrefs show just 1 referring domain in "Live" mode? What about "Recent" and "Historical" modes? Ahrefs could have seen that the links from these domains are lost today.

DR is directly related to your backlink profile. Check your lost backlinks report (and don't forget there is a "dropped" tab in that report too) solution? Get more high-quality backlinks to your website

Ahrefs does not care about the website tld, location and language. It crawls all the web. It may not crawl rather "weak" websites often and thus may not discover backlinks from such websites quickly. But this has nothing to do with a country :) However, organic keywords report and traffic...
