I use Bux 0, it's a nice app. Their portfolio is limited to US and German actions but you really buy actions with almost no fees, it's not CFD. They do CFD too with their other app bux. I have used it for years never had any problems.

I use JuicyAds (0.12$ for 17k impressions) and HubTraffic (1.07$ for 650 redirections into big adult sites). And yet traffic is mostly coming from tier 1-2 (US, France, UK ...).
