more than a day since the dispute and still no response in paypal

I am not an expert but I think the bot is using my ip address in other bots like it uses your ip address as a public ip like any public ip in the internet because I had to solve google captcha for the first time this week 1 hour still same window

I just paid for the bot but haven't received it yet its been an hour now i checked spam folder as well
