i have the same problem ,i see new site that has no links no interaction nothing ,and has an short article is ranking good and if you has a very good article you cant be sure,it will rank. we are in deep shit here you write a bunch of articles and there may be one will rank

@Brainbuster it is worthless then ,but you said you could rank your video with it .SO it may work with ranking posts for certain keywords google will see that your post is being shared by users everywhere on social media and on different blogs .thats a valuable content indication

there are sites that give you free subdomain ,when you create the subdomain ,it has PA 30 or 40 ,without any backlinks . i guess some power transfer to it from the main domain .a link from such subdomains is it useful?

you know these subdomains that has PA 35 40 50 ,LIKE TUMBLR expired blogs .you check them for backlinks ,they dont have backlinks and has high page rank what will happen when you redirect one of them to your new domain .will the new domain get a good domain authority?
