I am pretty sure I was doing that as well when using it some years ago. I just made a quick google search and found the following command for converting from webm to mp4: ffmpeg -fflags +genpts -i 1.webm -r 24 1.mp4

ffmpeg works very well for this but it might take some time so maybe buy a server and use that for the watermarking
