That's really stupid. Facebook even has a Tor version of their own site but if you try to use that it'll still lock you out. It's really annoying. -

You're lucky to even be able to create an account. Anytime I try to create an account while on a VPN I get the stupid checkpoint before I'm able to do anything. It's really annoying. -
