For the landing page for the accounts, is it advisable to change the html page for each one? Or is it okay to have the same page linked on multiple accounts? My landing page is a static html5 page. Not using wordpress.

It would be more of a hassle to keep an iOS and Android app up to date constantly. You'd need to make it backwards compatibile with 10+ versions for both operating systems (for those who don't update their phone) . Having it on a website is less maintenance and less stress.
