You shouldn't abuse the Instagram follow and unfollow function. There are some limits. Personally, I don't follow/unfollow more than 200 people per day. Usually, I just follow around 50 people in the morning, 50 at noon, and so on.

Yeah, it's interesting thought which hosts are they using. They would need a lot of space for uploading movies and i don't know what they are doing about the DMCA requests.
