i dont know how followers 5000 or 6000 and average likes 800 and 900 :) that's something strange :) usually that number of likes is for 20k+ or something.

I don't think they really strongly check that, put if you have ever used a proxy or ip / country on the account history before it is whitelisted in the account safe logins. Problem when a new ip/country comes up!

you right , there suspicious algorithm is working at random, so they may leave a real abuser/spammer and punch others whom just has no abuse or spam activity. So, it may disable good guys and leave bad guys.

I can say no more than 3 or 4.. after that number .. IT will either say you cannot use that number... or IT will ban the account for violations.

DO NOT USE phone numbers that are available free to others. high chance that the number you used, has been used 1000's time from spammers and that is the reason you got an immediate disable message from their (stupid) system.. coz they must give a second chance or notify you that this number...

Yep Good answer, Different Devices may make it safe. Also maybe login via different explorer 's may help to not get flagged as in case of identical device for all logins.
